Over the years, compressed air has become a crucial part of a wide range of industrial processes. However, compressed air after compression is not clean and contains impurities like water, oil, dirt, wear particles, and so on. This mixture damages downstream equipment like air tools, pneumatic cylinders, and other pneumatic equipment. It also causes high product rejects, high maintenance, and costly air leaks in compressed air systems. The use of highly efficient compressed air filters will remove many of these impurities. For various applications, this is not clean enough. Some applications may need an even higher level of compressed air quality.
Ulising a reliable technology, Mechanical United Compressed Air Dryers provide the security to run the process without interrupon and to have safe and reliable operaons of downstream machines and air tools. Mechanical United dryers have a long service life and ulise high-performance materials which can aain higher level of compressed air quality.
Made with superior materials and craftsmanship, ensuring longevity and consistently performing as expected without any failures or breakdowns.
Designed to last a long time, even with extensive usage, and capable of functioning well under various conditions without breaking down.
Offers a good balance between cost and quality, providing a cost-effective value for consumers looking for practical solutions.
Combines advanced technology with user-centric design, setting a new standard for compressed air purification.
Mechanical United Heatless Dryers are widely employed across the globe in textile industries, hydraulic and pneumatic industries, process control instruments, painting and powder coating industries, pharma industries, food and beverage handling, control air instruments, and many more. Compressed air is passed through two pressure vessels connected in parallel, required for the continuous operation of drying via the adsorption process. Each vessel is filled with desiccants which act as the drying medium.
Mechanical United
desiccant dryers utilize high-performance silica gels that boast a long service life at high input temperatures, resulting in very low pressure dew points. This desiccant material attracts the water from the compressed air. Subsequently, it undergoes various cycles to purify the air, and the duty of the desiccant is to bring the pressure dew point of the compressed air to a level where water will no longer condense, or to remove as much water from the compressed air as possible.
Robust construction
Typically made from high-quality, resilient materials which enhances the product's longevity
Proven technology
Tried, true, and tested; EM-tested, validated, established, and stable
Reliable performance
Consistently delivers high-quality results without frequent failures or issues, ensuring that high-class performance is as expected.
Mechanical United Heatless Dryers are widely employed across the globe in various industries such as air motors, automatic welding, hydraulic and pneumatic industries, process control instruments, spray painting and powder coating industries, pharmaceutical industries, food and beverage handling, and many more. These dryers utilize two heat exchangers, one for air-to-air and one for air-to-refrigeration. However, there is also an option for a single heat exchanger that combines both functions. The purpose of having two heat exchangers is to utilize the cold outgoing air to cool down the hot incoming air, thereby reducing the size of compressor required and ensuring high productivity.
